Mike is the best real estate agent I have worked with in my 25 years of buying and selling homes. His attention-to-detail, unmatched experience, and impressive work ethic ensured a personally tailored approach that helped my wife and I find the home that fit all of our requirements and met our needs. We are very happy. He is the consummate professional, sincere, and friendly. His knowledge of the local area and follow up after we moved is both reassuring and demonstrates his desire to ensure the customer is truly satisfied. We bought our house while still overseas and Mike made the buying process possible. No other agent could have done a better job of showing us houses via email and really understand what we were looking for. I highly reccomend this agent if you want someone that can negotiate the closing you want with some extras to boot. He got the builder to put in a fence in our case. He knows the area and is not afraid to tell you what you need to hear vice something you may want to hear. Best agent we have had in the 3 moves we have made.

Mike is a great agent! His likeable personality made him easy to approach, turning him from agent to friend. His great knowledge of the area and what the market would support, enabled us to list our house and receive a full price offer 4 days after listing. Mike is an outstanding realtor. He didn't hassle us at all when it came to the decision if we wanted to purchase the properties we looked at or not, he simply put us in the drivers seat and supported whatever we wanted to do. Needless to say we became great friends with Mike and I would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a new home. From our time leaving Japan to getting back states, he kept us inform of properties and was there to negotiate whatever we wanted.

To make a long story short, we secured our first home(exactly what we were looking for) and paid 30K less than what the owner was asking, and not coming out the pocket at all during the closing, with the seller paying 12k in closing costs and we came out of the closing table with 800 dollars in our pocket and a beautiful home with no money down. The number one realtor, hands down in Hampton Roads. You can't go wrong with Mike. My only downside with Mike was that he was a Duke Blue Devil fan and I'm a die hard Tarheels, that took away about 50 cool points.
